All items are handmade and due to that our products we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges and we do not refund any shipping & handling charges.
We take great pride in ensuring that your products arrive in great condition, however if for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the situation. Please take photos of the damages and have your proof of purchase available.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED OR MISSING ITEMS
If we shipped the wrong item or have left items out of the order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with proof of purchase/order confirmation details and we will happily send you the correct items.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?
If you have placed an order for an item, and made payment, you may cancel within 2 hours by emailing email@example.com for a full refund. We do not offer refunds on orders placed and paid for after 2 hours.
